I chose Hyatt Regency for its proximity to the Art Institute of Chicago and was pleasantly surprised by the incredible views of downtown Chicago at BIG Bar. The seasonal fare at American Craft Kitchen & Bar was delightful, and the 24-hour Market Chicago with Starbucks coffee and breakfast items was very convenient.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The staff at the check-in counter were friendly and efficient, making the process smooth and hassle-free. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the Chicago skyline. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of the river, Navy Pier, and downtown shops. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
The mini-bar fridge, which had sensors and did not allow me to remove items or replace them with my own. This was quite frustrating, especially during a long stay.

the room was spacious and elegant, making me feel right at home. the location was perfect, close to michigan ave and within walking distance to millennium park. the beds were very comfy, and the staff was friendly. the hotel also had a cafe and a big bar, providing convenient dining options. overall, it was a great stay for the price.

the hyatt regency was so clean! the location is amazing - close to navy pier and michigan ave. we rented a scooter to get around town which was super convenient. the 24-hour market had everything we needed - so we didn't have to rely on room service.

L'hotel gode di una posizione ottima, proprio di fronte alla spiaggia, il che permette di trascorrere una piacevole vacanza al mare. Inoltre, si trova a soli due minuti di macchina dalla zona più movimentata di Sottomarina. Il parcheggio privato gratuito è un vantaggio che permette di evitare stress e problemi di parcheggio. Inoltre, il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, assicurando un ottimo servizio agli ospiti.
Il bagno della camera potrebbe essere migliorato in quanto è piccolo e scomodo, con una porta pieghevole di plastica che non si chiude correttamente.
